Established in 2022 and headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, WCOA strategically extends its programs across various states, including Texas, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, and beyond.

Within the WCOA organization, we recognize the paramount importance of providing uninterrupted spiritual care tailored to the distinctive emotional and spiritual needs of our clients. Our chaplains are accessible 24/7, delivering online services and consultations to ensure prompt support. As a burgeoning marketplace ministry, we endeavor to bolster our workforce by employing approximately 40 additional professionals over the next six months, thereby augmenting our capacity to serve.
