Corporate History

The Spiritual Care and Chaplaincy of WCOA continues to carry on the tradition of spiritual care in the marketplace that began in early 2004 by Dr. David Shibley.  Training leaders from around the world to impact their communities through religious resources, he launched Marketplace Missions as a way of equipping Christian business leaders to use their skills and influence to bring positive change.  In stay, WCOA continues to target the secular workplace utilizing many of the wonderful strategies and concepts of this great visionary.  John Benton, founder and Director of the WCOA enunciates such a vision in service to the workforce of America upon the premise of hope, duty, and determination in helping to improve the 'esprit de corps' and spirit of the everyday working man who 'make America work!'
