Chaplains Role  

Our Chaplains 

WOCA chaplains are reliable and committed to ensuring good communication with staff and employees with dignity and respect to all while ensuring positive interactions characterized by fairness and integrity.  Our Chaplains are both spiritually and academically trained to handle just about any spiritual care need.  WCOA Chaplains are always on task and committed to the service and care of each client. 

Principle Duties 

WCOA chaplains provide pastoral/spiritual care for employees, and their loved ones.  Where applicable, our chaplains conduct on or off site religious and spiritual care in meeting the unique needs of all. And where assigned, they function as integral members of the human care team in carrying out any and all assigned duties required in accordance with the Standard Operational procedures and Policies of the Client. 

Chaplain Team Activities 

Chaplain's Responsibilities 

WCOA Chaplains keep records of pastoral/spiritual activities to communicate with other members of the department and the Employer.  Participates in the department's plan for continuous quality improvement, while contributing to the wider work community through publication, teaching and research, and corporate programs, and administrative activities of the institution when called upon. 

WCOA Staff Chaplains participate in delivering and arranging for appropriate services for particular faith groups, as well as participate in delivering and offering spiritual worship meetings, i.e., ritual and or sacramental needs.  They follow proper and appropriate protocol in administrative procedures for the department where given to serve, e.g., in accordance with institutional policy in carrying out interdisciplinary challenges put forth by the company employer.
