CPE Orientation and Training
CPE, Clinical Pastoral Education is the education to teach spiritual care to clergy which is explained and taught to all on-boarders. Individuals entering our program receive acceptant instructions and work location details via, online or direct. Chaplains employed also receive clear instructions and ongoing training about the company's mission and goals, and what it means to be a spiritual care taker. Learning the importance of our program and core values are also taught and emphasized.
Care Concepts
At WCOA central, implemented care concepts are devised, along with visionary leadership plans to help improve the workforce of our employers and their quality of life. Marketplace research is conducted to implement Spiritual care policies and procedures to better engage and improve our spiritual care services.
